Jorge Martin will be keen to get his bid to win the
2023 MotoGP title back on track by clinching the Australian MotoGP title.

The Ducati Prima Pramac Racing rider endured a disappointing race at the recent 2023 Indonesian MotoGP on 15 October.
Martin, who is nicknamed Martinator, started on the sixth grid and went on to retire from the race due to an accident - failing to collect a single point.
Standings
Martinator's MotoGP world title hopes are still much alive as he is still placed second on the riders' standings having collected 328 points from 15 races.
The 2014 Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup champion is just 18 points behind leader Francesco Bagnaia of Ducati with five races left in the current campaign.
Why Martin could win the 2023 Australian MotoGP
Prior to the recent Indonesian MotoGP, the Martin was in good form having secured a podium spot in four consecutive races.
The Mapfre Team Mahindra rider will be determined to replicate the form that saw him win this season's German MotoGP, San Marino and Japanese MotoGP.
What did he say?
“I'm happy that my speed is there and I've been fast at all the tracks,” Martin said after the 2023 Indonesian MotoGP.
“[The mistake that led to his accident] is just [a matter of] statistics. It was coming sooner or later and finally, it was here. So still for the remaining races.
"I feel confident that I can be fighting for the victory.”
